Exports the previously-unexported paginatedResponse generic type as PaginatedResponse so external consumers can use it now that the legacy per-resource ResourcePagedResponse structs have been removed.
Changes:
- Rename
paginatedResponse[T]toPaginatedResponse[T]inrequest_helpers.goand update internal usage. - Update test reference in
request_helpers_test.go. - Update stale comment in
test/unit/nodebalancer_types_test.go.
