Summary

• H3 size: increased from 16px → 18px (desktop) and 15px → 17px (mobile), with letter-spacing: -0.005em for visual distinction from body text
• Content max-width: reduced from 920px → 768px to bring line length to ~72 chars (optimal readability)
• Body text color: darkened from oklch(0.40) → oklch(0.30) in light mode only; sidebar text updated from oklch(0.40) → oklch(0.35) (slightly lighter than body)
• Content right padding: added var(--space-8) (32px) right padding to balance the 72px left margin
• H2 margin-top: increased from var(--space-12) (48px) → 56px for more breathing room between sections

Fixes UX findings #5, #6, #16, #17, #18. Build passes: npm run build -- --webpack.
