[Enhancement]: Parameter to enable Certificate-based-authentication in the directory configuration of Appstream

Description

The certificate-based-authentication for AWS Appstream gets disabled every time the terraform deployment is run and has to be enabled manually. No parameter is available in the Terraform "aws_appstream_directory_config" for enabling the CBA:

Please provide a parameter so that the certificate based authentication is enabled.
