I don't understand the purpose of this PR - should it have changed 70 files?

I upgraded the version of prettier so that he has the caching function, but the rules have changed a little.
I did not find that there is a property configured to be the same as before.

Hm, I guess we can do this.

Can you revert the changes to the files in the dist directories? We only update those when we do a release. We probably shouldn't commit these at all, but that's how the project has historically been configured.

I have reverted dist and set .eslintignore /dist/
