Layout error on Windows 10 WiFi Flyout when system has more than 3 options

Describe the bug

1. Install EP
2. Use Windows 10 style network icon
3. When the PC is equipped with MBIM (Mobile Broadband/LTE/5G Adapter), the flyout has a weird layout and unusable.

Expected outcome

The flyout should has correct layout or at least scrollable for the jammed button to be clickable.

Actual outcome

One or more button is squashed out the flyout, and rendered unclickable. The bar is unscrollable so it's impossible to interactive with them.

This bug is worth reporting to Microsoft via Feedback Hub. Lock your PC, and in the logon screen, open the network flyout. Picture it with your phone, send to your PC. You will see that it's bugged too there.

Hi, decided to look into this and revert the buttons back to Windows 11 21H2-22H2 style. Fix coming in 69.7 (or rather 70.0?)
