Summary

  • Upgrade the exact effect peer and development dependency to 4.0.0-rc.111.
  • Keep @effect/vitest, @effect/atom-react, examples, workspace overrides, and lockfiles aligned on rc.111.
  • Update the installation guidance and add a patch changeset.
