dead link to prebuild ovmf repositories

Theres a link to a prebuilt repositories LINK that has been since taken down due to overload of AI scrapes.

Id suggest either providing the alternatives (which at this point i myselft am not able to) or remove the section.

I checked the wiki source and the target URL, and the issue is still reproducible.

Evidence:

• The raw wiki page How-to-run-OVMF.md is reachable.
• In that wiki source, the Get a build of OVMF.fd section has:
  • line 12: You can [build OVMF](How-to-build-OVMF "wikilink") ...
  • line 14: Pre-built images are available at https://www.kraxel.org/repos/
• https://www.kraxel.org/repos/ now returns 404.
• The existing build instructions page, https://github.com/tianocore/tianocore.github.io/wiki/How-to-build-OVMF, returns 200.
• The edk2 OvmfPkg tree also returns 200: https://github.com/tianocore/edk2/tree/master/OvmfPkg.
• I did not find an open PR matching issue #101, ovmf, dead link, or prebuild.

Because the dead link is specifically for externally hosted pre-built images, the lowest-risk documentation change may be to remove lines 14-17 from that wiki section and leave the already-live How-to-build-OVMF path as the supported route. If there is a current blessed prebuilt OVMF provider, that URL would be the direct replacement for line 14.

Bumping this, is there a new official provider? Alternatively, as @beanscg suggests, removing the lines mentioning the prebuilt artifacts would make sense
