Remove Results From List

Is your feature request related to a problem?

When searching for projects I get results pre-rename or pre-structure and if selecting you get "path does not exist".

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to be able to remove these entries, either manually by editing some file somewhere, or through the extension directly with a right click "remove entry"

I am still getting the same results, but that may be dependent on my config. I am using the default of last used + usage count. The entries I am seeing are really old and the other project are more recent, so it's odd they are ending up on top.

Try to do the steps again #21 (comment) and restart command palette.

If the entry is still showing up, there isn't much the extension can do.
Extension simply reads data directly from the Visual Studio / Code storage
meaning if the entry isn't fully cleared from the storage, the extension will just keep reading it back in.
