Closes the three remaining GitHub Community Standards gaps.

Added

  • CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md — Contributor Covenant 2.1 (enforcement contact: nafigator@gmail.com)
  • SECURITY.md — supported versions, low attack surface (pure Markdown, zero data collection — cross-refs PRIVACY_POLICY.md), private vulnerability reporting
  • .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md — checklist mirroring CONTRIBUTING conventions (conventional commits, originality, dogfood typography, version/CHANGELOG, validate)

Changed

  • CONTRIBUTING.md — link the Code of Conduct from its existing section

Docs only — no plugin behavior change, no version bump (these files are not part of the cached plugin payload).

After merge, the GitHub community profile should show Code of conduct + Security policy + Pull request template green.

Close the three remaining GitHub Community Standards gaps:
- CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md: Contributor Covenant 2.1 (contact nafigator@gmail.com)
- SECURITY.md: low-surface policy, private vulnerability reporting
- .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md: checklist mirroring CONTRIBUTING conventions
- CONTRIBUTING.md: link the Code of Conduct

Docs only — no plugin behavior change, no version bump.

…y health (#22)

- [Unreleased]: README badges + update guide (#19), Notion neuroslop parity
  (#20, #21), and the 'AI-text cleanup' capability descriptions (#21).
- v1.10.0 entry: add the community health files (#17), which shipped in that
release and were credited in the GitHub Release notes.
