Plugin manager: smart uninstall & Windows support

The Plugins page now finds every plugin automatically — VST, VST3, AU, CLAP and AAX on macOS and Windows — and can fully uninstall a plugin, sweeping up presets, preferences, caches and other leftovers.

  • Delete any plugin right from the Plugins page — Stack finds its leftovers (presets, preferences, caches, vendor data, even iCloud copies) and shows exactly what will be removed before anything is touched.
  • Deleting one format offers the others too — remove the VST3 and the AU / VST / AAX copies of the same plugin can go with it.
  • Files in system folders are removed with a single administrator prompt.
  • CLAP and AAX plugins are now detected alongside VST, VST3 and AU.
  • Full Windows support — all standard folders plus the registry-configured VST2 path are scanned, and registry leftovers are cleaned up on uninstall.
  • Plugin rows now show vendor, size on disk, and which other formats are installed.
  • No more folder hunting — every standard plugin location is scanned out of the box; extra folders moved to Settings → Plugins.
