Adds one reviewed community skill and cleans up a canonical skill reference.

A maintenance release for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI and Gemini CLI.
It adds one community skill reviewed through the protected maintainer workflow
and removes an internal flaw register from the cv-generator detailed guide;
the catalog contains 2,122 skills and existing installation interfaces remain
supported.

Added

• de-ai-writer: a Chinese AI-smell removal engine with a 35-pattern catalog,
  a deterministic AI-smell index, and a deletion-first edit procedure that
  preserves every source fact.

Improved

• Refreshed canonical indexes, catalogs, plugin mirrors, editorial bundles, and
  web assets for the 2,122-skill release.
• Removed the internal flaw register from the cv-generator detailed guide so
  the reference describes current behavior only.

Validation scope

The source PRs passed maintainer repair, exact-head review, repository
validation, reference and documentation-security checks, protected CI, CodeQL,
dependency review, package publication and release-only Pages verification.
