sbt2 prep: drop scalajs-bundler from the js fixture - #1131

The fixture keeps its @jsimport facade, which only has to compile; no test runs the npm module. mdoc's own docs already steer users away from the bundler, and it has no sbt 2 build, which is what blocked the switch.
