Implement SIP client testing and MOS score

Part of the SOW is to get MOS Scores from sip calls to an arbitrary SIP server.

Finished evaluating baresip as a cross-platform replacement for linphone for the wlanpi project. was able to implement an addon module for it to report MOS scores from our own dockerized asterisk server and Cesar's, without any server-specific requirements. additionally, was able to figure out how to directly extract the information from an asterisk server that Cesar was using php scripts and a db connection to gather. I think this is ready to be automated and added to whichever solution we continue with.
