Datepicker Modal shouldn't display when input is readonly

When you pass the readonly props to a datepicker, clicking on the input still shows the modal and gives the impression that you can change the date.

I will note that mousing over dates appear as disabled and clicking on the OK button does not work but it does not appear disabled, again giving the impression that you can change it.
