Additional description

• Verified text for Indexing.SkipDatabaseIdValidationOnIndexOpening and Indexing.ErrorIndexStartupBehavior
• Added a new section "Index marked as faulty on startup" in article indexes/troubleshooting/debugging-index-errors
• Improved existing sections in that article.
• Applied to 7.2, 7.1, 7.0, & 6.2
