*.d.ts file is empty with Vite8 when config the bundleTypes to true in vite.config.ts

if remove the bundleTypes, the generated declaration files are following the source structure.
but set the bundleTypes to true, the .d.ts file is empty.

Same here, my d.ts exports look like this:

export { }

I suspect this may have something to do with recent typescript version (likely TS 6.0?)
