mixins: Rename grafana dashboard

Currently we have:

• Nodes
• USE Method / Node
• USE Method / Cluster

There are a few issues with these names:

• "USE Method" isn't self-explainatory, maybe better call it "Node/Cluster Utilization, Saturation and Errors"
• Nodes is a single node dashboard, so is "USE Method / Node". This should be named consistently
• Cluster sounds like there is 'clustering' going on, while it actually just means 'multiple nodes'

s/Nodes/Node/ is a clear win, I'd say.

USE could be argued to be well known in the monitoring community. If we want to spell it out, we run into the secondary problem that the dashboard actually doesn't have a single panel about errors. Thus, if we don't want to rely on "USE method" to be known well enough, we should just call it "Utilization and Saturation".

I'd argue that "Cluster" is not too bad as a word. The problem is more that the dashboard just shows all nodes the data source knows about. There should be a (configurable) label (default: cluster) as a template variable to pick to restrict to an actual cluster. But that's more involved than just changing the name. (Theu stacking in theu dashboard is anyway something to revisit.)

Could this be related to: prometheus-operator/kube-prometheus#1333 ?? Or is this strictly about the Grafana dashboard name ?
