K8SPSMDB-1224 fix upgrade-sharded test by increasing retry count

CHANGE DESCRIPTION

Problem:
upgrade-sharded test fails very often, because it needs to wait a little bit before listing contects of S3 bucket.

Solution:
I increasing retry count. Passes here.
