CHANGE DESCRIPTION

Problem:
demand-backup-fs test fails on Openshift due to privileged: true.

Cause:
Short explanation of the root cause of the issue if applicable.

Solution:
Skip test on openshift for now. Task to add support.

CHECKLIST
