Feature Request: Add support for AMR and OPUS audio formats

Hi! Thanks for working on this.

While looking into supported formats, I noticed that a couple of common voice formats are currently missing from the list:

• AMR (.amr) / 3GP (.3gp): Extremely common default formats used by smartphones and native phone call recording apps.
• OPUS (.opus): A highly efficient, modern speech codec widely used by voice recorders and modern messaging services.

Based on some research, users trying to process smartphone call recordings and voice messages will likely encounter these formats quite often. It would be great if support for .amr, .3gp, and .opus could be added.

Done, this is on main now and will be in the next release.

All three show up in the file picker: AMR (.amr), 3GP (.3gp, and .3g2 while I was at it), and Opus (.opus). On current macOS these decode natively, so no extra tools are needed for them. If the system cannot read a file, the app still falls back to ffmpeg automatically, which is now only genuinely required for MKV and WebM.

Two related gaps turned up while implementing it and are fixed in the same change:

• .ogg was previously only offered when ffmpeg was installed, even though macOS reads it fine. That gate is gone. It matters here because .opus and .ogg share the same file type, so Opus voice messages were unselectable without ffmpeg.
• .flac was never actually selectable at all, due to a wrong type identifier in the picker.

The voice enrollment picker (Settings, Speakers, Known Voices) now accepts .3gp too, so a speaker can be enrolled straight from a phone call recording.

Not included: AMR-WB (.awb) and Samsung's .3ga. Both decode fine, but macOS declares no proper file type for either, so I would have been shipping a picker entry I could not verify. If you actually have files in those formats, say so and I will take another look.
