Add a `NormalTextStyle`

Motivation

Maybe you want plain text, but with access to other current and/or future features. In this case, you want a base style without bells and whistles. An example use case could be a username field, but with some in-text prefix(_:) or suffix(_:) label attached to it.

In order to make resolve(_:) both easy to read and O(n) (as opposed to O(2n)), it is necessary to make the Snapshot/nonvirtuals sequence available on Slice<Snapshot> via a conditional extension on Collection.

While at it, it’d be cool to have something like proposal.lazy and iterate over proposal.lazy.nonvirtuals. The pattern style could also use it, instead of merged().
