abce999 split imgtestlib at 2612f5c,
which was already outdated version of boot-image at the time. Restore
env validation, ISO kickstart handling, and bootc-generic-iso boot
dispatch.
I found this as a result of inspecting failures in bootc-foundry, and I think that the change at abce999 caused that regression.
