schemas.opengis.net is missing custom extent for version 1.1

Custom extent was released in v1.1 and documentation has it, but openapi document does not in https://schemas.opengis.net/ogcapi/edr/1.1/openapi/

Current master has it as well, but I think it should be updated to current version 1.1 as well in order to be able to use openapi tools and verification.

@ghobona This will need fixing for both V1.1, and V1.2 when approved. Is this something that you should fix, or do you need a PR from the SWG?

@chris-little The issue has been resolved in version 1.2, but a new build incorporating the fix will need to be created for version 1.1.
