Codex redraw the entire session, including what it overwrote and removed. #31624

Description

@DMIGitH

What variant of Codex are you using?

CLI 0.142.5

What feature would you like to see?

Many times codex will write a comment out about what it found. As I'm reading it part or all of the message disappears. This is more than annoying as many times what was written gives insight as to what is happening. I spent four+ weeks trying to solve a problem. I had codex redesign and rewrite the code five times. Then, I happen to see a "passing comment" about "the old code" before it disappeared. I asked codex about it and found out that codex redesigned and rewrote the code but decided to leave all of the old code in place causing the problems that I was having.
Just now, I'm reading the results and bam, their gone. I know others have asked for a feature to either fix this but I'm asking for a /refresh that hopefully will refresh the session with all of the codex outputted messages, not just a simple repainting of the screen as happens now when resizing the window or randomly because of another bug.
