Updating the implementation of app configuration.
This PR moves all the app configuration into the extension installation. This means that each installation is dedicated to a single app. And the extension must be installed multiple times for each app if the Firebase project has several apps such as Android, iOS and web.
This will hopefully make it easier to install and configure the plugin, with the downside of having to install it multiple times for each application.
