Sandbox cannot be translated

Since Sandbox is not language divided, it cannot be translated.

What, if anything, do you need from us to help with this issue?

Move the current sandbox into a subfolder (en) and have translators populate the rest.

The Vault Manager needs to open the sandbox from the current language chosen.

This is something that requires an application update to fix. It's on our radar to do internally, but will be a while. :) Leaving this open until then.
