Warning about not configured agent, while non standard agent used

Current Behavior

I got message in console "Your AI agent configuration is outdated. Run "nx configure-ai-agents" to update." And after I try to run command: nx configure-ai-agents I only see few popular agents to configure, but my repo contains AGENTS.md I don't know why I need to somehow configure more.

Expected Behavior

Don't show that warning for agents not included in (claude / codex / etc) list if for example standard AGENTS.md exist

Taking this one — PR #36324.

Root cause is in packages/nx/src/tasks-runner/run-command.ts: the outdated-config disclaimer fires whenever any supported agent is stale, even when the active agent (e.g. qwen) isn't handled by configure-ai-agents and the repo already has Nx rules in AGENTS.md.

Planned fix: only warn for the detected supported agent, and skip the banner for unsupported agents when AGENTS.md already contains Nx rules. Tests in configure-ai-agents-disclaimer.spec.ts.
