I've just removed the agenda label from the package.json "name" proposal. We can come back around on this in due course.

I'll try to make it to this meeting but I'm not sure yet if I can sneak out of the training sessions for it.

Also per the meeting, we need to put together a PR to update the docs to encourage package authors to always include the "type" field, for both ESM and CommonJS packages. This will touch upon our recommendation for dual packages and enabling ESM generally.
