Name the Tooling

Along with @ovflowd's issue to make this work for other toolings, I think we should give our tooling a name. This will make it easier to reference outside of the Node.js Project

@nodejs/fate that sounds fun. Does this suggestion has anything to do with the Fate series from Type Moon? ARE WE DECIDING THE FATE OF NODEJS???

I don't even know how to respond to that.

But the name "fate" comes from Greek mythology, where the ultimate source of truth comes from the three fates, and their threads.

Let me be a happy Otaku. Hahaha. Anyways, the analogy to the Greek mythology date is interesting, but not truly sure if fitting.

nodejs/dokit? “Doc It”, but that’s a stretch. On that note, without a double meaning, @nodejs/docket
