download the install bootstrapper: https://download.microsoft.com/download/6/4/6/64683470-0D68-487D-A311-B36941A198F1/vs_Community.exe
run it and upgrade
now you have vswhere 4.close the install suggestion 5.new you can choose to update your installed products
