The author-only Personal plugin requires schedule-manager from Personal Knowledge for its full diary workflow. It can optionally use markdown-lint from Developer Workflows when reviewing writing.
Several skills depend on local applications, CLI tools, APIs, MCP servers, or personal paths. Each SKILL.md documents its own prerequisites and fallback behavior.
