Fallback versions of node and npm do not match those in the package.json file, but they did not match before either. Moreover, those fallbacks should not be generally needed, and this branch will be soon EOL, so the original workflows are used instead of patching them.
reuse 6.0 now reads the whole file looking for SDPX license expressions, so it finds expressions that were not detected before. Signed-off-by: Daniel Calviño Sánchez <danxuliu@gmail.com>
