docs: add missing/new Talk tools (nextcloud/context_agent#157)#15138

The context_agent ExApp ships these Talk tools but they are not listed in the "Currently implemented tools" section. PR nextcloud/context_agent#157 merged some, and others (reactions, polls, file sharing, shared-items listings) were already shipped earlier and never made it into the docs. Documents 11 Talk tools shipped over multiple PRs to nextcloud/context_agent
(most recently nextcloud/context_agent#157) in the "Currently implemented tools" section. Also hoists
the "(require Talk)" annotation from per-bullet to the section header to match
the Mail/Cookbook pattern.
