Codex search: match artifact titles only - #2

The Codex search box matched both the artifact name (title) and its summary; narrow it to titles only, on both the main Codex (Artifacts.razor) and the public read-only Codex (PublicWorldArtifacts.razor). Update the placeholder to "Search titles…" so the box isn't misleading. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
