GEO Competitive Visibility Tracker

GEO Competitive Visibility Tracker is a TypeScript control plane for tracking competitor answer-surface visibility, citation share, and query coverage across strategic prompts.

It focuses on the competitive visibility problem most teams blur together:

  • which prompts you already lead
  • which prompts are still contested
  • which prompts competitors still own outright
  • which surface investments would improve your GEO share fastest

Routes

  • / overview dashboard
  • /query-board query-by-query review lane
  • /competitors competitor pressure board
  • /surface-lanes content and proof investment lanes
  • /verification current visibility proof
  • /docs route and payload reference

What this repo proves

  • GEO should be measured prompt-by-prompt, not only at the domain level
  • competitive pressure often comes from stronger examples, comparisons, and proof surfaces
  • missing and contested visibility lanes should map back to concrete publishing work
  • answer-surface share is more useful when it aligns with commercial and operator intent
