Missing CreateVssBackupComponents

Summary

I see a lot of support in the NS: windows::Win32::Storage::Vss
but I do not see any support for "CreateVssBackupComponents" function. This is critical function to use all the windows::Win32::Storage::Vss.
Am I missing something? Any workaround?

These APIs currently originate here: https://github.com/microsoft/win32metadata

We'll have to get that updated before we can update the bindings here.

This is now supported directly in Rust, although the function is actually called CreateVssBackupComponentsInternal as CreateVssBackupComponents is actually an inline C++ helper function and the metadata does not support those.
