The Native SDK currently does not support UWP, and it shouldn't be enabled. The link you sent refers to the .NET SDK, which has mostly non-overlapping support. I have no insight into what the support property in package specification means, but ARM64/aarch64 is supported on all platforms.

Closed and reopened to trigger a CI rebuild with latest master, the previous Android failures were unrelated to your PR and were fixed in master yesterday.
