win-x86 is missing from the nuget package

Dll is not included but still referenced by the props file ?

To reproduce

Build with a C# project as 32 bit
##[error]C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Enterprise\MSBuild\Current\Bin\Microsoft.Common.CurrentVersion.targets(5364,5): Error MSB3030: Could not copy the file "C:\Users\AzDevOps.nuget\packages\microsoft.ml.onnxruntime\1.23.2\runtimes\win-x86\native\onnxruntime.dll" because it was not found.

Urgency

Our build are broken and we cannot update, even if we do not consume the x86 version directly

It's by design. Could you try build x64 project instead?

Tianlei Wu (@tianleiwu) what's by design ? the nuget package contains explicit code to copy the DLL which is misleading. You could update the error message to be "32bits platform not supported" or even just do nothing, meaning if we use a 32bits project, nothing is available ?

Windows 10 was out of life in 2025. That means there is no need to support a native 32-bit (x86) version of Windows any more. That's the reason we only provide x64 binary for Windows.
