Missing equivalent of <only> environment from LaTeX Beamer

Presenterm does not appear to be able to reveal only selected parts of a slide as the presentation progresses. It can highlight elements, but it cannot remove them entirely. This missing feature is provided by the LaTeX Beamer \only environment. Example: https://www.overleaf.com/read/jqhwnfvmhhkm#5908d6

Pause will not make the displayed elements to go away as the presentation progresses.
Consider this example:
