Interesting; I didn't know this was the case (TIL). I did some screenreader testing, and yes, the capitalization makes the screenreader pronunciation better.

However, surely it would be even better to just use the name of the site (Global Privacy Control) as the link text, rather than the URL?

Approving, as I don't think this is a major issue either way, but I just thought I'd ask the question.
