Two binary segments are listed on https://github.com/loldevs/leaguespec/wiki/Keyframe-Player-Segment#header-1, but no description is provided. Such description would be appreciated. Are they two random examples of headers, the only two possible headers or something else entirely?

I believe this might not be a header, rather the player's summoner spells.
