Add provenance information to items

As discussed in the last regional LOD meeting (see this access-restreicted wiki page: https://wiki1.hbz-nrw.de/display/SEM/10.09.2015#10.09.2015-3.InformationenvonOliver), Oliver Flimm has provided us with some prvenance data for exemplars in JSON, see http://opendata.ub.uni-koeln.de/dumps/provenances/provenances_inst001.json.

I will first think about how to best add it to the RDF and then @dr0i will take care of the actual implementation.

Mir ist gerade noch aufgefallen, dass nicht jeder Satz eine
aktuelle Signaturangabe current_mark hat. Diese Saetze koennt Ihr
einfach ignorieren, da sie nicht mit Euren Signaturangaben verknuepft
werden koennen.
