Align the public rule name with the plugin's suite terminology. Update the exported rule id, tests, and docs to use suite wording consistently.

Rename the rule to use the plugin suite terminology instead of the BDD-specific describe name.
Update the exported rule id, tests, docs, and generated rule list accordingly.
