[WCEU-01] Curate Repository Sources for NotebookLM

Status: ✅ COMPLETE + PHASE 2 READY

Deliverable: ~60 GitHub URLs documenting the LightSpeed .github repository structure, workflows, agents, and plugins for talk context.

What was done:

• ✅ Curated comprehensive source index at wceu-2026/notebooklm/sources-index.md
• ✅ URLs organized by category: Governance, Workflows, Agents, Plugins, Schemas, Documentation
• ✅ ~60 URLs ready for NotebookLM ingestion
• ✅ All links verified and accessible

Current State:

• Phase 1 (curation) complete and merged to develop
• Phase 2 (NotebookLM ingestion) ready — sources will be loaded into NotebookLM session May 30
• Phase 3 (content integration) — metrics and examples will be incorporated into slide briefs

Phase 2 Usage:
Sources loaded into NotebookLM during wceu-2026/PHASE2_NOTEBOOKLM_PROMPTS.md execution (Step: Load Sources, 5–10 min).

Timeline:

• Curation complete: May 29, 2026 ✅
• Phase 2 execution: May 30, 2026 (in progress)
• Phase 3 finalization: May 31, 2026

Closing: This issue completes Phase 1. Phase 2/3 work tracked in parent epic #564 and child issues #567–569.
