ADR Agent Portability — Master Initiative Epic\n\nStatus: 🔵 Planning Phase \nStart Date: 2026-08-12\n\n## Overview\n\nTransform the ADR Generator Agent from a control-plane-specific tool into a reusable, organization-agnostic system that can be installed and configured across all LightSpeedWP repositories (control-plane, organization repos, WordPress plugins, and WordPress themes).\n\n## Scope\n\nThree implementation phases spanning 10–24 weeks:\n\n- Phase 1 (8–10 weeks): Core portability — configuration system, templates, validation, test coverage\n- Phase 2 (6–8 weeks): Cross-repository integration — discovery, linking, governance\n- Phase 3 (4–6 weeks): Organization-wide features — registry, metrics, knowledge management\n\n## Key Deliverables\n\n1. Portable agent specification ()\n2. Configuration system ( schema & defaults)\n3. Multiple ADR templates (standard, lightweight, domain-specific)\n4. Validation & governance skills (reusable components)\n5. Test suite (>85% coverage with Jest)\n6. Documentation with mermaid diagrams\n7.
