Overview
Release Please bumps launchdarkly-cpp-client from 3.11.3 to 3.11.4 across the release manifest, CMake project version,
package.json, the publicClient::Version()string, and version assertions in client tests.The new 3.11.4 changelog entry documents the shipped fix: a defensive cycle guard during prerequisite evaluation (#582), so cyclic prerequisite graphs are handled safely instead of unbounded recursion.
