Transfer our jupyter-book shared Google Drive to the `jupyter` workspace account

We set up a shared google drive account for the Jupyter Book team. It lives under the 2i2c "Google Workspaces account". Now that Jupyter has its own Google Workspaces account, we should:

• Create a Jupyter Book shared drive there.
• Transfer over the files there.
• Update our docs
