- All tests passed. If this feature is not already covered by the tests, I added new tests.

- I used gofmt for formatting the code before submitting the pull request.
- Update documentation about new features / new supported technologies
Sends a start event when the auto-pr command begins and an end event (with status, duration, and scan-type info) when it finishes, mirroring the analytics reporting already done by scan-repository and scan-pr.
Check for a compatible package updater right after the technology is resolved, before any branch/commit work starts. When unsupported, log a warning and finish successfully instead of failing the action. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
