Feature Request: Please add the ability to log the execution of policy scripts during JSM enrollment

The current logging in JSM is best-in-class. Chef's kiss. Very intuitive and human-readable.

Viewing policies and pkg installs as they run in real-time is great for QA, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning performance.. But Id love to also be able to log the execution of my Jamf Pro policy scripts during my JSM enrollment workflows.

unfortunately, /var/log/jamf.log does not contain information when scripts are run.
