Add ability to reference a label in GitHub-flavored Markdown

I'd like to be able to include references to labels in my CONTRIBUTING.md and/or README.md file, and have them appear with the proper formatting automatically (color, presentation style). I believe this would require some extension to GitHub-flavored Markdown, but beyond that I'm not sure.

This may be useful, but whichever new syntax is added would break people's Markdown (until they finally add a standard extension syntax).

Personally, I would suggest writing a link like that as:

[2013-new-repo-view][]

Adding an extension to the GitHub Markdown parser that recognizes and styles links to labels, the same way it rewrites the text for URLs that are links to issues (a bare https://github.com/isaacs/github/issues/305 becomes "#305" or just "#305" in rendering depending on where it's referenced: here it becomes #305), seems like it'd be a fine solution.

Also, this kind of styling would be just as useful, if not more so, for milestones.

Also, they could do this by just recognizing and linking any string in issue discussions that matches an issue label for that repo (similar to how #305-style numbers and @mentions work), but that would probably result in goofy-looking discussions where every instance of the word "bug" is highlighted in red.
